1:1 Executive Coaching
A place to think clearly about the business, your leadership, and yourself.
You may be stepping into a role that asks something different of you, deciding what the business needs next, or carrying a problem you can’t discuss freely with your board, team, or family. Or perhaps you’ve achieved much of what you wanted and are wondering what comes next.
Candid, practical, and deeply personal, the work helps you make clearer choices, take action sooner, and lead and live with greater confidence and happiness.
Who I work with
01
Founders and CEOs carrying more than most people see
The goal is not simply to grow the business. It is to become the leader the organization now needs while building a version of success that still feels like your own.
“When I felt alone as a CEO, Jennifer was the clear choice as a dynamic extension of my team. She has helped me navigate every challenge I’ve raised, as well as challenges she identified. I recommend Jennifer to any executive who would benefit from a trusted advisor with fresh perspectives and practical help looking around corners.”

Expanded Mandate
Together, we clarify what this moment requires, strengthen the relationships and capabilities that matter most, and help you step into greater authority without overworking, overproving, or losing yourself in the process.
“Since working with Jennifer, my confidence as a new leader of people has soared. I used to get in my head and question my ability and decisions. Now I have tools to interrupt that anxiety, take more risks, and lead with greater confidence. I feel like a different person.”
- Chief Distribution Officer, Asset Management
03
Consultants and advisers who rarely have a place to examine themselves
We may work on business development, influence, leadership, partnership dynamics, or what comes next. You will not need to explain the model or pretend it is easier than it is.
“When I first became a Partner, I thought I had reached the pinnacle. Instead, I found myself struggling to balance selling, building a practice, client delivery, internal leadership, and the politics that came with the role.
Jennifer’s thoughtful but pointed coaching helped me set boundaries, define my own brand, focus my time, and better manage the thoughts that kept my mind racing. I now show up better for my family and my colleagues, and I’ve recommitted to being the kind of Partner I want to be.”

Accomplished leaders asking, “What's next?”
Together, we open up possibilities, separate what you genuinely want from what you believe you should want, and begin turning "What now?" into a next chapter that feels purposeful, energizing, and yours.
“Jennifer helped me move from uncertainty and loss of identity to clarity, confidence, and excitement about what’s next. Her listening, insight, and real-world business experience made all the difference. The best investment I have ever made in myself.”
- Former C-Suite Executive
MY APPROACH
Become more capable. Become more fully yourself.
The leaders I work with are already accomplished. The work is not about endlessly trying to improve yourself. It is about seeing more clearly: what the situation requires, the patterns shaping how you respond, and who you are beneath the expectations and striving.
We work on both growth and acceptance: changing what no longer serves you while developing greater trust in yourself, your strengths, and what you want.
I bring both coaching and business experience to that work. I may ask the question you have been avoiding, challenge an assumption, share a point of view, or help you turn insight into action.
I think of this as Liberated Growth: becoming more effective while gaining greater freedom in how you lead, work, and live.
Built around your real work
Depth, continuity, and responsiveness — with a small number of clients.
Most engagements begin with a six-month commitment, with sessions usually held twice each month. A focused three-month engagement may be appropriate for a defined decision or transition.
At the outset, we identify the outcomes that would make our work meaningful. Our sessions then center on the decisions, relationships, pressures, and opportunities that matter most to you.
Depending on what would be useful, the work may also include the Positive Intelligence Saboteur Assessment, reflection exercises, practical experiments, stakeholder input, or a separate 360 Leadership Feedback process.
Clients may reach out between sessions when an important decision or interaction cannot wait.
I will be candid about what I see and challenge you when it matters. You do not need to impress me, protect me, or arrive with the answer. Nothing needs to be polished or fully figured out before we talk.
What we may work on
The work changes with the moment. Common themes include:
Consequential decisions
Making a strategic, career, or leadership decision when the stakes are high.
Board & senior dynamics
Navigating boards, partners, investors, peers, and other complex relationships.
Stronger leaders & teams
Developing others, increasing accountability, and reducing dependence on you.
Influence & selling
Strengthening executive presence, influence, business development, or your ability to sell.
Pressure & uncertainty
Staying effective through conflict, ambiguity, change, and demanding periods.
Patterns that get in the way
Recognizing habits and assumptions that affect your judgment, relationships, or effectiveness.

What is possible from here?
You may already know what you want to work on. Or you may simply know that something needs to change.
Either is enough for a first conversation.
